Dashboard Overview

After you sign in, Kani opens on the Dashboard — a snapshot of what's happening across your operations.

Layout

• Sidebar (left) — navigation grouped by area: Clearing & Forwarding, Fleet Management, Expenses & Payments, Sales, Reports, Administration, and Integrations. You'll only see the sections and items you have permission to access — see Roles & Permissions.
• Top bar — search, theme toggle, notifications, and your profile menu.
• Main content — the page for whatever you've selected in the sidebar.

Notifications

The bell icon in the top bar shows recent notifications relevant to you — for example, an approval waiting on you, or an update to a file you're following.

Collapsing the sidebar

Use the toggle button at the top-left of the sidebar to collapse it to icons-only, which gives the content area more room on smaller screens.
